Service: Aquascape Design Deposit

To ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial process, please read and agree to the following terms:

1. Deposit Requirement:
• A deposit of 750 AED is required before the commencement of any aquascape design project. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards the total cost of the project.
2. Design Approval:
• Our team will provide an initial design concept for your approval before paying the deposit. Any changes or modifications to the design should be communicated during this stage. Major changes requested after approval may incur additional costs.
3. Material Costs:
• The deposit will cover the initial materials required for the design. If additional materials are needed due to design changes requested after approval, these costs will be added to the final invoice.
4. Cancellation Policy:
• If the customer decides to cancel the project after the deposit has been paid and work has commenced, the deposit will be forfeited to cover the cost of materials and labor already invested.
5. Final Payment:
• The remaining balance of the project cost is due upon completion and approval of the final design. The aquascape will not be released until full payment has been received.
6. Customer Satisfaction:
• We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns or requests during the design process, please communicate them promptly to avoid delays or additional charges.
